Domestic Shipping

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

Non-Availability on Delivery

​

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 (three) times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including a zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

International Shipping

​

Currently, we do not process international orders. Although, if you really love our products, we’re happy to assist you. Please write to us at hello@tolistry.com with your order request.

International Shipping will be borne by the customer including duties and applicable taxes.

& Returns

Return & Refunds

​

We ensure high quality and craftsmanship in our products. Every product shipped from our warehouse goes through a thorough quality inspection.

​

We do NOT offer returns/exchanges and refunds on products delivered in perfect condition.

If you have received an incorrect product that doesn’t match with the ordered product, we will be happy to exchange your product.

​

All our products are handmade by master artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products.

​

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement/exchange the product for a different product of the same value / refund your order amount within 21 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

We request you to write to us in detail with supporting images of the defect, your order details, and contact information within 24 hours of delivery to hello@tolistry.com

​

All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer, on delivering your replacement, Tolistry will cover shipping charges.

​

We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.

​

Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If your product has been damaged during transit, please email us at hello@tolistry.com and call us on+91 98291 30923 within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (IST) with your order details (order number, date, and amount), contact information and delivery address with supporting images of the damaged product. We will respond to you within 48 hours with a solution and will have a reverse pick-up arranged within 7-10 working days.

Tolistry reserves the right to inspect the products before processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
